ComerceBuddy Customers View

The Customers View gives you a quick glance of all your shopping account customers. It allows you to query for customers based on any field in the Customers database. At any time you can click on Profile to get a detailed view of the customer which shows account information and purchase history. The purchase history is linked to the Orders View, allowing you one-click access to any past order.

NOTE The Customers database is read-only. It is designed to be an exact reflection of the customer's account online. If the customer changes the account information, CommerceBuddy will connect to CartIt and retrieve this information.

Build List
The Build List button brings you to the Mailing List Builder. This allows you to send an e-mail message, based on an ImpactObject Mail Template, to every customer who has subscribed to your mailer.
